Wear these at least 4 weeks before they get a little irritating. I use eye wash during the night when I get up and sometimes during the day once or twice but not a lot. Would recommend them highly. Used for distance and can read if good lighting otherwise use readers.
I have tried many types of lenses over the years from the expensive ones and the ones off facebook. Nothing is a great as these lenses. The other lenses actually made my eyes hurt, but not these. They are comfortable for 16 hours+. They have the best price and the best fit.
These dailies are superb. My doc gave me samples of Kirkland brand, Cooper and Biotrue. The Kirkland and Coopers were just ok, nothing great. Not sure what was up with the Biotrue but they are either garbage or not good for my eyes, as my vision was blurry the 10 days I tried them. In my 25 years of wearing lenses Biomedic XC lens is easily the best fitting, easiest to insert (does not fold into 1/4's on your finger like some other brands), and you can't feel them. Acuvue 2 contacts are so comfortable that you forget that you are wearing them. I've worn the Acuve 2 contacts for 4+ years and won't go back to my glasses! I have my acuvue2 lenses in for 12+ each day and have no problems at all. I've even been so tired that I slept in the Acuve 2 contacts and had no problems.
I have dry eye, and heavy protein build up problems, but I would recommend the Proclear contact lenses to anyone, not only for people with sensitive eyes, but for everyone. I will not wear any other lens besides to cooper proclear lenses.
