No need for readers!
I have worn the Bausch and Lomb Purevision multifocal lens for 2 years now and finally found a doctor who would work with me using trial lenses. I can read computer screens, books and magazines for the first time in years and my distance is at 25/25. Easy care, I leave them in for 30 days and dispose of them.
LOVE these contacts
I have worn the Purevision multi focal contacts for about three months now and I did experience some dryness during the 1st month, but it does not bother me any longer. I have scaring on my left eye and found it hard to wear a contact in that eye for more than 8 hours. These contacts are the most comfortable I have ever worn. I can wear these 20 hours, which I have done on a couple of occasions. I also don't have a problem with these pure vision contacts moving around on my eyes like other contacts did. Best vision I have had since starting to wear contacts.
Excellent Eyesight
I have been a contact lens wearer for about 10 years. The first ones I wore were the Monovision kind. These were hard to get use to and I quit wearing them until my daughter became a optometrist. She had me try a pair of the Pure Vision Multi Focal contacts and I could not believe how good my eyesight was when reading and seeing long distances. I would highly reccomend them to any one.
almost as good as no eye correction
My optician had to try several different contact lenses before we found PureVision MultiFocal contacts. I didn't love them at first, but after a couple days of wearing them, I considered them one huge blessing to an eyeglass wearer. I try to abide by the rules of wearing them, and Pure Vision MultiFocal give me very good vision without hassles. I love the convenience of these lens.
PureVision Multi-Focal
I switched from the older Bausch & Lomb MultiFocal lenses and am very pleased with the newer PureVision MultiFocals contact lenses - but they have trade offs. First, these are the most breathable lenses I have ever had, multi-focal or not. I can wear them 16+ hours with no problem.
