I usually wear glasses from day to day and just keep a spare box of the Biomedics 38 in case I do a physical activity (which is rarely). I wore them when I played basketball the other day and I was amazed at how comfortable they were. I basically forgot they were in right away. I plan on wearing them a lot more often cause I liked them so much.
