What information do I need to order contact lenses online?

To order contact lenses you need your contact lens prescription, which will include both the specifications of the lenses that you wear and the contact information for the eye care professional who prescribed them.  We are required by Federal Law to verify all contact lens prescriptions with the prescribing professional.

Your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist is required to provide you with a copy of your prescription, both upon completion of the fitting or upon your request at a later date.  If you do not have a copy, your prescription information is also available on the packaging of your current contact lenses.

Here is the prescription information that we need:

  • OD = Right Eye
  • OS = Left Eye
