No, you do not.

You need the contact lens parameters (available on the packaging of your current lenses) AND the name and number of your prescribing eye care professional, but you do not need a physical copy of your prescription.  Just Lenses will contact the prescribing eye care professional with that information in order to verify the prescription. However, if you do have a copy of your prescription and access to a fax machine you can speed up your order by faxing us your prescription once you have placed your order online.  This allows us to skip the verification process and move immediately to processing your order.
