Reorder Reminders Emails
Just Lenses provides all of its customers an email reorder reminder service. The Just Lenses system tracks your orders and analyzes them according to lens type and quantity. When our records show that the lenses you ordered need to be reordered, we will send you an email reminder.
Everyone wears their lenses differently, so you can personalize this service by choosing the date that the email will be sent in order to best serve your wearing schedule.
In order to change your reorder reminder date:
- Log in to your My Account page
- Click on Reorder Reminders
- Review the list, looking for the prescription that you are interested in editing
- Click the 'Update Now' link beneath the reminder date to change the date that the reminder email will be sent to you.
