How do I return a product?

We guarantee that you will receive the same brand name contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging. If within 1 year of purchase the product is found to be unsatisfactory, please contact us for replacement or credit.

You are fully insured if your prescription changes. Contact our Customer Service Department and we'll credit your account for remaining value of your unopened, unexpired lenses. The account credit can be used to purchase your new prescription.

It's easy to return contact lenses at Just Lenses. Simply give us a call and we'll take it from there!

You can speak with one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-516-LENS (516-5367). Or if you prefer, you can email us at Service@JustLenses.com to get the simple return instructions.

Please do not return your order without first contacting us. We need to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to ensure your return is handled quickly and efficiently.

If your prescription changes we welcome your unopened and unexpired contact lenses.

And by the way, we also cover the cost of returning your contact lenses!
