Just Lenses works hard to make sure that you are satisfied and understands that mistakes do happen. You may cancel an order at anytime before it has been shipped if you decide that you do not wish to complete the order (or any portion of it). Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel your order. If an order has already been shipped and you discover a problem you will need to refer to our Return policy in order to make any changes.
If you do decide to cancel an order, follow these cancellation procedures to do so:
Log In to your Account.
Select Order Status.
Once there you will see a record of all your orders with Just Lenses and beside each will be recorded an Order Status.
