How do I cancel an Order?
Just Lenses works hard to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order; however, mistakes do happen. You may cancel an order at anytime before it has been sent to the warehouse for processing or has been shipped. In either of those cases, please refer to our No Hassle Returns process.
If you do decide to cancel an order, follow these steps:
- Check your Order Status by logging into your Account. You will see a record of all your orders and beside each one will be the order status.
- If the status is not "Processing" or "Shipped", you can cancel your order by clicking on the order number to view the order detail. Simply click on the "Cancel Order" link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- If the status is "Processing", your order has been sent to the warehouse to be pick and packed. Please contact our Customer Service Department to cancel your order.
- If the status is "Shipped", your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. Please refer to our No Hassle Returns process.
